Thank you for choosing EasyEditor. To ensure that you fully understand the terms and conditions of your subscription, please carefully review the following policy before proceeding.

Plan Types

EasyEditor offers two ways to access AI editing features: one-time credit packages and recurring subscriptions.

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly PlansBilled every 30 days. These plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Yearly Plans (Recommend)A one-time payment for 12 months of service. Yearly plans do not renew automatically. Your subscription will expire at the end of the 12-month period.
  • Credit DeliveryCredits are added to your account monthly at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Credit RolloverPro and Elite Yearly plans support credit rollover. Unused credits can be carried over to the next month. If credits remain unused after 12 months, they can be retained for one additional month upon renewal or plan upgrade; otherwise, they will be cleared.

Credit Packages

  • Credit packages are one-time, non-recurring purchases and never expire. Subscription credits are used first. Package credits apply only after subscription credits are exhausted.

Billing & Payments

Automatic Renewal

Only Monthly Subscription Plans renew automatically. To avoid charges, cancel before your renewal date. Yearly plans and Credit Packages do not involve automatic renewal.

Payment Processing

Secure checkout via Credit Card and PayPal. EasyEditor never stores your payment details. All transactions are fully encrypted and securely managed by our authorized global payment partners.

Billing Dates

Your billing date is established on the anniversary of your initial subscription. If a billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be charged on that month's final day.

Renewal Notifications

For monthly plans, a reminder email will be sent 7 days before each renewal.

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify plan pricing. In the event of a price change, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. Any changes will only apply to the next billing cycle following the notice.

Refund Policy

Acceptance of Refund Policy

We strongly recommend reviewing this Refund Policy and exploring EasyEditor's features before making a payment. This ensures that our services align with your expectations.

By completing a purchase or starting a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety.

If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We value your feedback.

Refund Eligibility

  • ✓Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
  • ✓Refunds apply only to the first-ever payment made with an identified account. Renewals, plan upgrades, and repeat purchases are non-refundable.
  • ✓The refund amount will be calculated as: Amount Paid − Value of Credits Used, with credit value based on the purchased plan's pricing.

Note

1. We do not support refunds for issues related to product results or effectiveness.

2. Taxes or payment processor fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider (Stripe/PayPal).

3. All refund requests must include a valid reason for the review.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@easyeditor.ai with your account details and order number. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Plans

You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Yearly Plans

As Yearly plans involve a one-time payment and do not renew automatically, no formal cancellation is required to stop future billing.

Credit Expiration

Once a subscription expires after cancellation, all subscription-based credits and rollover credits will be cleared. Credits purchased as one-time Credit Packages will remain in your account and will not expire.

Upgrade Plan

You can upgrade your subscription at any time to access more credits and advanced features.

Monthly to a Higher Monthly Plan

Upgrades take effect the moment payment is confirmed. You will be charged the price difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of the current billing cycle. The difference in credits between the two plans will be added to your account immediately.

Upgrade to a Yearly Plan

Upgrading to a Yearly plan ends your current billing cycle and starts a new 12-month subscription cycle immediately. Unused credits from your previous plan will be converted into a discount applied to the new Yearly plan invoice.

Plan Downgrade

Monthly Plans

Any request to downgrade to a lower-tier plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features and credits until the current cycle ends.

Yearly Plans

Mid-term downgrades are not available for Yearly plans.
