For technical issues, include account email, timestamp, model name, request payload summary, and screenshots/log snippets where possible.
For billing issues, include order ID, subscription ID, payment timestamp, and expected outcome.
We usually respond within 1-3 business days. Complex billing or provider-side investigations may require additional time.
Do not send plaintext passwords or full card numbers via email. Our team will never ask for your account password.
